2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancellations will prevent future billing but will not generate a refund for the current month.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
After the initial 14-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable discounts received for the annual commitment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our service, which our support team has been unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- Incorrect billing or charging errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 consecutive hours)
- Requests made within the money-back guarantee period as specified above
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the money-back guarantee period has expired
- Partial refunds for unused time if you cancel your subscription mid-cycle (except for annual plans as noted above)
- Add-on services or one-time purchases
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Accounts that have previously received a refund

- Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Educational Institution Subscriptions
For educational institutions with bulk subscriptions or custom agreements, refund terms will be governed by the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.
